Every member is encouraged to develop the qualities of leadership in his own life. This begins with self-leadership. A man must learn to manage his time, strengthen his character, and pursue continuous improvement. Leadership starts with the ability to hold oneself accountable.

Community Engagement
Service and Legacy
The organization hosts men’s breakfast meetings, quarterly men’s gatherings, and social activities such as attending an annual Toronto Argonauts game together. These moments strengthen relationships and reinforce the sense of brotherhood.
Members are also encouraged to give back through mentorship, volunteerism, and community involvement. Through service and engagement, Ten Plus One ensures that its members’ growth translates into a positive, lasting impact on the communities they serve.
